Only registered Home Inspectors are authorised to carry out Home Condition Reports as well as Energy Performance Certificates and are accredited to carry out surveys of this type and quality.

Raymek Surveyors are members of the BRE Certification Scheme for Home Inspectors and subject to rigorous inspection reporting requirements, operated in accordance with the standards published by the Department of Communities and Local Government.

Certification is valid for three years with regular quality audits.

We are fully insured and hold Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurances.
