We are qualified to undertake Home Condition surveys and Energy Assessments of domestic dwellings for sellers and buyers, as well as for Housing Associations and Registered Social Landlords and Local Authorities when required.
We can provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), which are a mandatory requirement for inclusion in the Home Information Pack, and/or Home Condition Reports (HCRs), which include an EPC, for a comprehensive survey on the condition of a property for sale. These may be commissioned by the seller for inclusion in the Home Information Pack to assist in the sale of their property. Buyers may also commission an HCR before they purchase a property.
Raymek Surveyors also offer guidance on obtaining professional assistance for remedial works such as cavity wall and loft insulation, double glazing, damp proofing and historic building restoration and design, under separate contract.
